Our HVAC/Maintenance Technicians like variation within their work and make a difference by keeping the heating systems running for our customers! HVAC/Maintenance Technicians at Edwards care about their van & equipment, want to build long lasting customer relationships, and like to repair a variety of systems. HVAC/Maintenance Technicians should understand basic HVAC & Refrigeration Systems, want to continue to learn new skills, understand basic math and have a deep desire to be someone their co-workers can depend on. HVAC/Maintenance Technicians must be highly ethical and ensure their equipment and logs are in compliance with State, Federal and Local law.
